Our new party pool/celebration oasis includes a covered outdoor kitchen, covered and elevated deck, and an air-conditioned party barn,and is perfect for your rehearsal dinner, graduation party, company picnic, family reunion, or any other event suited for a beautiful and relaxing outdoor event space. Modern Farmhouse
The Modern Farmhouse offers a casually elegant space that can be arranged in dozens of ways to warmly welcome your guests. Lower-level hospitality spaces include two catering prep kitchens. The upper level “Bridal Suite” offers a luxurious master bath, walk-in closet, dressing room with a wall-length make-up table and lighted mirror, and a private party lounge with a kitchenette. The Modern Farmhouse is both air-conditioned and heated.
Party Barn
The Rustic Party Barn offers two levels of party fun! Create your own layout on the main floor, amidst our white-washed walls of designer shiplap and doors that open onto a great elevated deck. In addition to the built-in bar, the Rustic Party Barn includes a portable bar/cake table and drink trough. Cornholes and horseshoes near the bonfire pit offer guest gaming fun. The upper level “man cave” features a flat screen TV, card table, mini-snack area and space for the Groom and his crew to dress and socialize. The Rustic Party Barn is both air-conditioned and heated.
Outdoor Pergola & Lawn
The Pergola offers ample guest seating on each side of the beautifully paved aisle. Select from The Abbey Estate stage decor, or bring your own, to create a custom look. A Sweetheart Swing strung with twinkle lights awaits in the distance. The Pergola is fully lighted and includes electrical outlets.
Patio, Fountain, and Gazebo
The Flagstone Patio, Fountain and Gazebo offer Insta-sensational photos and amazing ambiance. The area is fully lighted with electrical outlets available. A portion of the landscape accommodates drive-up Food Trucks, BBQ Pits and Grilling Stations.
